la chambre était très confortable, le mobilier neuf, propre. le spa et la piscine semblaient très accueillants mais ns n'en avons pas profité malheureusement. Le personnel était très serviable.

le fait que l'accès à la piscine soit réservé aux clients du spa. le buffet du petit déjeuner n'était pas très qualitatif et ne proposait pas des produits à la hauteur d'un hôtel 4 étoiles en France.L'entrée en voiture n'est pas aisée car il faut attendre que le/la réceptionniste voie le véhicule.

Zentrale Lage, in 5min im Zentrum von Otranto. Zimmer weg von der Strasse sehr ruhig. Klares, schlichtes Design. Grosszügiges Zimmer mit Balkon.

Versprochenes WiFi im öffentlichen Bereich funktionierte 5 Tage nicht. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption bemühten sich gar nicht darum, dass es zum Laufen kommt. Es sei vorhanden, warum es nicht funktioniert können sie nicht sagen. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sprechen nur wenige Brocken Englisch. Dampfbad, Sauna, Hallenbad etc. kosten zusätzlich, was nirgens vorher erwähnt wird.
