Hotel President, thanks to the excellent road system, is the ideal place for exploring the beauty of the province and much more. The city of Trani and Castel del Monte are just 20 minutes away, MIRAGICA (amusement park) and the "fashion district", renowned outlets in MOLFETTA are about 5 minutes by car.
Driving along the SS 16 towards the south you can easily reach (in 40 minutes) the Trulli of Alberobello, the Caves of Castellana, the ZOOSAFARI in Fasano, Ostuni with its white houses and the natural oasis of TORRE GUACETO (60 min). Altamura with its old town and Matera with its famous "Sassi" can also be reached in under an hour drive.

we arrived at 10pm and the restaurant had stopped serving meals to new customers. However, nothing was too much trouble and and excellent cold meal was delivered to our room with a very good bottle of red wine. It took the stress of the journey away!

Good breakfast. Beautifull view. The room was big and comfortable. In Puglia (the region where the hotel is) the people are nice and very helpfull, including the hotel's staff. There's nice sandy beach in Bari and rocky beach in Giovinazzo. Very good for businessmen, or for tourists with car.

The pool is small, and it was out of order when we were there. There's no way to the beach from the hotel. You have to go through on a little hole on a wall, and then a dirty 'jungel'. The beach is very dirty, it's not for swimming, but the view is very nice from the hotel. Not good for tourists without car.

The hotel is located too close to the railway, which is annoing - you can't open the window, because the passing high speed trains wouldn't allow you to sleep.

Friendly staff, a nice bar/terrace overlooking the ocean. Convenient location if you are catching a flight as it is only about 7 km from the airport. Nice pool.

The matress was very very hard - a slab of stone with a sheet on it! Busy train line at rear of hotel with trains running all night.

Place not so great, the season didnt start yet when we were there so there was not really anything to do around the hotel. Usage of the pool has some weird rules, breakfast was very good but choice quite limited - only one kind of cheese and ham, nothing warm. Internet 10 EUR for 1 hour - this was disgusting...

I was working late every day and the Restaurant was closed when I came back. Reception suggested I could have cold dinner waiting for me when I came back. Very thoughful (and delicious)
