Beautiful facility, amazing pools, excellent cuisine, and friendly staff.

I had a couple of issues. The first was the internet connectivity. My reservation specified in-room wi-fi for every room. This was not the case. For the first week and a half, it was only available in the main lobby. It was available after that in-room, but very spotty and sporadic. For the amount of money spent building the facility, it was inexplicable why this was the case. Second, I had a problem with the hotel safe. The electronic access got screwed up and I could not use it for the last week after they manually opened it for me. I expected them to fix it and they didn't.

Squisita gentilezza dello staff, grande bellezza della struttura e delle camere -vasca idromazzaggio in camera!, Ottima e abbondante colazione; riscaldamento regolabile dalla camera ed ancora in funzione malgrado fosse aprile. Piscina incredibile - peccato fosse ancora freddo!-, Enorma e con zona idromassaggio: mai vista una piscina di hotel simile -50m- in nessuna parte del mondo. Hall stupenda ed accogliente, con servizio bar neanche troppo caro cosiderato il lusso dell'hotel. Ci tornerei di corsa, specie in estate.

La posizione, in mezzo al niente, in una zona non bella neanche paesaggisticamente, e molto, molto ventosa; distante qualche km anche da Lucera. Il televisore in camera non era ancora attrezzato col digitale terrestre e si vedeva male, c'era pochissima scelta di canali e e non c'era la pay tv, sky era visibile solo nella hall. La connessione wireless disponibile solo dalla hall dell'albergo, non dalla camera.
