Staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. Il garage dell'hotel non era disponibile e l'albergo è situato all'interno di un'isola pedonale, ma il personale si è prodigato per parcheggiare la mia auto nelle vicinanze e comunque farmela trovare disponibile davanti all'hotel quando ne avevo necessità. Questo è successo anche alle 2.30 di notte!! Davvero bravi!!

Die Lage des Hotels in der Altstadt von Altamura ist sehr gut. Die Zufahrts-Beschilderung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Das geräumige Zimmer und Bad in einem alten Palazzo sind ein besonderes Erlebnis.

Bei der Abreise wurde uns für das Abendessen eine falsche und um 30 Euro (!) zu hohe Rechnung präsentiert. Es sollte der Hoteldirektion empfohlen werden, dass die Gäste die Kosten für das Abendessen ( mit Gedtränken) am Ende des Essens gegenzeichnen. Für die Falsche Rechnung wurde nur eine "Verwechslung" ohne Entschuldigung angeführt.
