landlady, Mrs Mirella, personally welcome the guests making their
stay comfortable. The property is situated on three levels:
the ground floor features the reception and the living room with a
TV room; on this same floor there is a delightful kitchen, a bathroom and
a breakfast room. On the first floor there is a quadruple room to
accommodate families, groups of friends or relatives; on the
same floor there is a bathroom with shower and a small
laundry. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with a small
terrace and a shared bathroom.

Piani is located a few hundred meters from Porta San Biagio
railway station close to Lecce nightlife area. Continuing along Porta San
Biagio, full of pubs and restaurants, you reach the beautiful
Piazza S. Oronzo from where, taking via S. Trinchese, you
arrive in the beautiful Piazza Mazzini, the ideal place for
shopping. A few kilometres from Lecce you can visit the most
famous Salento holiday resort such as Leuca, Gallipoli, Otranto, etc.
