The hotel staff were very good and helpful. We had a good meal in the resturant, which is a stunning room. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the location is right in the middle of the town with good off road parking.

Clean and well appointed rooms, decorated recently in an attractive seaside blue. Willing and helpful reception staff.

I ate in the restaurant twice. Neither time was great, but I am sure they will improve, as Italian guests noticed this glitch as well.

Excellent 4* hotel- good value for the price. Great staff helped us deal with visit to hospital (to fix bone broken on hotel roof terrace). Restaurant was excellent. Fantastic location in Ostuni, easy to walk around and enjoy.

This new hotel in the Apulian town of Ostuni was one of the finest hotels we stayed at during our 6 week vacation in Italy. The highest standards of cleanliness are evident throughout the entire hotel which is advantageously located within a ten minute stroll into the old medieval historic district of the town. The hotel also offers spectacular views of this lovely "white city on a hill". The entire hotel staff were extremely courteous, helpful and attentive to our every need. We hope to one day return to this fine hotel in southern Italy located just a short 15 minute drive from the pristine beaches of Apulia on the Adriatic.

The thing that stood out about this hotel was the staff at the reception. They were so friendly and eager to help. They went out of their way to help me organise a tour to a local cheese farm which is not something they normally organised, but they spent the whole afternoon ringing out different places for me. Such good service!

Gorgeous location, well worth paying extra to get the view of Ostuni Old Town. The staff are extremely helpful and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Top class lovely hotel. Fantastic facilities and everything catered for. Quality buffet in the morning with lots of local and home cooked food. Room has all the mod cons with a luxury bathroom. Good parking etc. 5 minute stroll to the centre.
