We want you to pay the lowest price possible for your hotel. Should you find your hotel room (or other kind of properties rooms), with the same booking conditions, at a lower rate on the internet after you have booked, we'll match it. Just contact us within 24 hours of booking (as attested by the time on the booking confirmation), with details of the website where you’ve found a lower rate.
Guarantee Terms and Conditions
As hotel prices can change frequently, you must contact us promptly by email
firstname.lastname@example.org, but in any event within 24 hours of purchasing your hotel room through websites
belonging to mybestplanet.com network. Your email should include the following information: the portal you have booked from, your name, code number, e-mail you used during the booking process
and the website where the lower rate is available. Incomplete or inaccurate emails will not be taken into account.
- The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings.
- The guarantee only applies in respect of a lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when mybestplanet.com validate your claim, within the 24 hour period, as attested by the time on the booking confirmation.
- The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same hotel as booked through a website belonging to mybestplanet.com network on the same check-in and check-out dates with the same reservation conditions.
- The lower rate must be in the same currency.
- Mybestplanet will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through websites belonging to mybestplanet.com network is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show.
- If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest rate guarantee terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of reservation, including the cancellation policy are still applicable.
- "Best rate guarantee" does not apply to hotel rooms (or other kind of properties rooms) purchased through or in combination with membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other "reward" type programs or special promotions of the hotel where the booking is made.
