The religious festival takes place the first Tuesday after Easter. To the patron saint is dedicated a church that is located north east of the town, where the sacred image is kept. The cult of the Madonna SS. Maria del Belvedere is linked to the popular tradition of "Nzegna," consisting of a bright colors flag waving recalling an old folktale.
The flag-throwing parade is performed with the roll of drums and the sound of trumpets, with red and blue costumes. Tradition says that each year the "Nzegna" is repeated on Easter Monday in Largo Machiavelli, on Tuesday in Town Hall Square and, after the first Saturday after Easter, on the Belvedere sanctuary
