The other day I got an email for a beauty store and it said they were having a sale online. They were having a clearance sale and offering an additional discount on their items.
I started looking around to see if there was anything I needed and I found some really great prices on things. I looked around and added a few things to my cart. That’s when I noticed that the price was actually lower when it was added in the cart. It took an additional 50% off the items I added. I decided I couldn’t pass these deals up and started looking at more of what they had to offer.
That’s when I found a really nice hair dryer. I needed to get a new one anyways. The one I had worked fine, but I wanted to have a backup just in case mine broke. The price was really great and I loved the design of the hair dryer. What really convinced me to buy it was the free gift that came with it. There were a few different gifts to choose from and I decided to add the curling iron as my free gift. This would make my total for a hair dryer and a curling iron only $7. After I purchased everything I wanted to get, I placed my order. It said it would arrive in 5-10 days.
My order arrived in 4 days. I was so excited to check out the things I got. I got new makeup, conditioner, and shampoo and I wanted to check out my new hair dryer and curling iron. I opened the box and took a look at everything. That’s when I realized the curling iron wasn’t in the box with this order. I immediately contacted the product fulfillment department to let them know a part of my order was missing. They promptly responded back and said it must have been an oversight and they would make sure they get the curling iron shipped right out to me. They were really nice and apologized about the mistake within their department.
In just a few days, I received the curling iron and it was really nice. For it being a free gift and so cheap, it was really nice. I used it that day. It worked pretty well and I am also happy with the blow dryer I got too. Everything I ordered was worth what I paid for it and I’m happy I checked out the sales they were having and found the prices were different in the cart. I was able to get lots of stuff that would have cost lots more if I bought it in the store. I am glad the product fulfillment department was also easy to work with and got my free gift shipped out quickly. Mistakes like that can happen and they were very nice about it and apologized for forgetting to add it to my order.
